Head of Sales - Canada
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Canada market and drive the hyper-growth of Kempower’s EV infrastructure across North America.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a our Head of Sales, Canada, you will lead a high-performing sales team to make Kempower the preferred infrastructure partner across North America. This role requires a blend of "boots-on-the-ground" deal execution and "boardroom-level" strategic planning.
YOUR IMPACT:
Vector Ownership: Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the Canadian market. You’ll identify regulatory shifts and competitive moves before they hit the mainstream.
P&L Responsibility: You own the revenue and the margins. You'll ensure deal structures are aggressive enough to win but built for long-term serviceability.
Regional & Global Synergy: Collaborate with Regional and Global Teams to integrate regional market intelligence with global product roadmaps to ensure we win as a single, synchronized organization.
High-Stakes Execution: Lead multi-million dollar RFP/RFQ processes and MSAs with the largest players in the EV space.
Operational Excellence: Maintain 100% data integrity in Salesforce. We rely on your predictive forecasting for global resource planning.
Team Architecture: You aren't just a manager; you’re a mentor. You will recruit, onboard, and coach a technical sales force to navigate complex utility interconnections and power distribution discussions.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within EV charging, renewables, or heavy-tech infrastructure.
Vertical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Canadian regulatory landscape.
Technical Fluency: You can hold your own discussing load balancing, power distribution, and charging standards (CCS/NACS).
The "Owner" Mindset: Experience managing a P&L and a track record of translating field feedback into product requirements.
Willingness to Travel: Up to 50% to be where the deals happen.
Located in Quebec or Vancouver areas.
