ABOUT THE TRAINEE POSITION: 

We are now looking for a summer trainee to join our Product development team of Power Modules for approximately 3-4 months (May-August). The exact start and duration of the summer trainee period will be agreed separately.  

As a trainee in Kempower’s Product Development you will contribute to the development of Power Modules with the support from experienced colleagues in one of the leading EV charging manufacturers. 

Your everyday work can contain e.g. the following tasks: 

• Analyzing of existing power module designs 

• Creating new power module designs 

• Testing power module designs 

• Other related tasks
  

The position is located in Lahti. Majority of the work is expected to be done on-site, but occasional remote work can be discussed.
 

 WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS TRAINEE POSITION? 

• Master or Bachelor level studies in relevant fields – electrical engineering, electronics, power electronics, software engineering, etc.

• Motivation to learn and courage to contribute actively 

• A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills 

• Previous experience in a technical field is seen as an advantage
