ABOUT THE ROLE
As our NPI Project Manager, you own the end-to-end operational execution of new product launches. You’ll take engineering blueprints and transform them into a living, breathing production line. From the first prototype to full-scale manufacturing, you are the technical heartbeat of the project, ensuring every part, process, and person is ready for the start of production.
Your Impact
Command the Launch: Own the end-to-end execution of product changeovers. You ensure that when the "Go" button is pressed, every BOM, work instruction, and material plan is 100% accurate.
Optimize the Machine: Partner with Operations Engineers to sharpen manufacturing processes—finding the "better, faster, smarter" way to build our products.
Solve the Impossible: Work alongside Test and Quality teams to hunt down failure points. You’re the one who identifies technical glitches before they ever reach a customer.
Lead the Ramp-Up: Be the "boots on the ground" during initial production, clearing bottlenecks and monitoring yields to ensure we hit the ground running.
Own the Playbook: Maintain the master project plan and technical documentation, keeping leadership informed and the project on the rails.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing engineering.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Proven track record of building and executing a changeover tracking system.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Must be agile to perform in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Certification or experience in Six Sigma methodologies can be beneficial for process improvement and quality control.
The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
