THE ROLE
As a Senior Sales & Service Enablement Manager at Kempower, you'll shape the EV market by driving commercial performance by equipping global sales and service team with the tools, processes, and insights needed for operational excellence. You will lead a global team and ensure operational excellence across Lead-to-Order and Service delivery processes.
In this role, you will focus on
Strategic Leadership & Governance: Own global sales and service enablement strategy, roadmap, and operating model. Align initiatives with business priorities. Lead cross-functional forums for platform adoption, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Ensure high data quality to support reporting, decision-making and forecasting.
Sales Enablement: Oversee the optimization of our Lead-to-Order process. Own Salesforce CRM strategy and roadmap, ensuring adoption and integration with CPQ, ERP, and future Partner Portal. Lead the development of playbooks, guides, and onboarding materials. Drive CRM data quality and reporting standards. Proactively seek areas for improvement to achieve sales excellence globally.
Service Enablement: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of service processes and tools. Oversee and drive platform enhancements (e.g. case management, work order management). Collaborate on work instructions, training materials, online and onsite trainings. Measure service operational performance and identify improvements.
Partner Tools & Digital Ecosystem: Oversee the development and roll out of partner portal and digital tools for seamless collaboration.
Team Leadership: Oversee the sales support team in providing global operational support for sales tools and data. Ensure efficient CRM, ERP, and reporting tool administration, including user support, training, and system data maintenance. Oversee management of product and price data in the systems responsible in your area incl. annual price list updates, and operational reporting. Ensure effective global support structure for commercial users and continuous process improvements
At Kempower, we work in a hybrid model. In this role, you will be expected to visit our offices in Lahti frequently (approx. once a week) to meet the team. We also have offices in Helsinki, Tampere and Vaasa.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Proven experience and strong understanding of sales and service processes in an international environment, having personally executed similar initiatives and large-scale projects before, not only on a conceptual level but with practical hands-on approach
Strong LEAN mindset with focus on process efficiency and smart ways of working
Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to lead, support and develop a team in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to tolerate ambiguity and simplify complexity through process and system development
Personal drive to identify development opportunities and take the lead on new initiatives
Comfort with uncertainty while remaining persistent in maintaining clarity and progress
Adaptability in rapidly changing situations and an evolving industry
As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required; Finnish or other language skills are considered as an asset.
