ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Solutions Engineer, Software, you will:
- Be the Technical Visionary: Represent Kempower, engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their unique challenges. You'll deliver compelling software demonstrations, provide tailored recommendations, and manage the technical integration of our hardware and software solutions with customer platforms.
- Fuel the Sales Engine: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to create persuasive presentations, proposals, and technical documentation that clearly articulate the value of ChargeEye. You'll provide critical technical support during sales meetings, RFP responses, and customer discussions, offering insights into future software updates and feature enhancements.
- Empower Our Customers: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating internal and external stakeholders on the full range of ChargeEye features, benefits, and best practices. You will guide them in selecting and optimizing the most suitable software solution to meet their evolving operational needs.
- Drive Collaboration & Innovation: Actively engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations. You'll share expertise and best practices with our global colleagues, helping to drive continuous improvement and representing the company as a technical consultant at sales meetings and industry exhibitions.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or software program management, educational experience considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
