THE ROLE

As a Technical Trainer at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll develop the Kempower technical certification training system, maintain and develop the training materials and organize and give technical training to customers and partners, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

In this role you will be,

• Coordinating and organizing online and on-site training sessions for internal and external audiences, primarily focusing on customers and authorized partners.
• Delivering technical training to both internal and external audiences, online and on-site.
• Managing administrative tasks as an admin user in the e-learning platform, including user access management and database maintenance.
• Owning selected internal processes related to technical certification training.
• Participating in and leading internal development projects for technical certification training and other related processes.
• Serving as a Technical Expert, maintaining thorough knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud aspects of the product portfolio, with emphasis on installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Maintaining equipment at the local training center.
• Responsible for managing the training calendar for the local training center.

At Kempower, we work in a hybrid model. As you will be giving trainings at our Training Center in Lahti, we expect you to work onsite 3 days a week.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Previous experience in developing, coordinating and giving technical trainings to external stakeholders, such as customers
• Knowledge and good understanding of electrics / electronics e.g. through studies
• Basic understanding of electric vehicles
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of teamwork, active knowledge sharing, and seamless cross-functional cooperation.
• Communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and independent approach to work

As advantages are seen:

• Experience in training content creation (presentations, e-learning courses, training videos)
• Experience in power electronics, installation, commissioning and maintenance
• Experience in e-learning platforms
  

As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required; Finnish is considered as an advantage.
