THE ROLE

 We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on, and marketing-minded Management & Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a natural organizer, helping ensure smooth and efficient daily operations for everyone around you. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Helsinki office (Pitäjänmäki) and management team members, and assist our Marketing team with a variety of tasks. You will get to work in a team of assistants with access to global support and resources. This is a fixed-term position, approximately from 1.9.2025 until 31.8.2026.

The role comes with responsibilities such as,

• Acting as the go-to person for office-related topics in Helsinki and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting management team members with a variety of administrative tasks—including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and presentation preparation—while also handling broader office administration such as invoice processing, post and courier services, and documentation organization.
• Collaborating closely with the Assistant team and other departments in an international environment.
• Providing operational support for our CMO and the whole Marketing team related to different marketing activities ranging from daily tasks to different projects or campaigns

As our official company language is English, we expect you to have good English skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in Finnish is also required in this position.

The work is expected to be done onsite at our Helsinki office in Pitäjänmäki, from Monday to Friday. Occasional remote days can be discussed.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office tools
