THE ROLE
As a Warranty Claim Manager at Kempower, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electric mobility. In this position, you will lead and continuously improve our global warranty claim process, with a clear focus on transparency in field quality, financial accountability, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a critical link between technical field data and business decision-making, helping drive product reliability, reduce warranty exposure, and support sustainable growth.

This is a high-impact role that combines technical understanding, data analysis, and financial insight—offering you the opportunity to make a measurable difference in the reliability of our products and the satisfaction of our customers
The role comes with responsibilities such as,
- Managing and authorizing warranty claims with financial accuracy, ensuring alignment with cost targets and budget guidelines.
- Analyzing warranty data to identify recurring field issues and translating insights into actionable quality improvements.
- Monitoring and controlling warranty-related costs, including parts, labor, and logistics, addressing major cost drivers proactively.
- Owning the warranty budget planning and forecasting process in collaboration with the finance team.
- Leading cost-reduction initiatives such as supplier recovery programs, policy optimization, and process enhancements.
- Developing and reporting on key warranty KPIs—cost trends, resolution times, recovery rates—to ensure full transparency.
- Supporting global service partners with consistent processes for claim handling, documentation, and escalation.
- Communicate key warranty insights and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Benchmark against industry best practices to recommend strategic improvements to warranty operations.
At Kempower we work in a hybrid model and the details will be agreed with the selected candidate.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Proven experience in warranty management, quality assurance, or field service in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical issues to financial outcomes.
- Track record of leading cross-functional investigations and driving corrective actions.
- Experience working with R&D, Quality, and Finance teams to align operational and business goals.
- Familiarity with warranty systems, claim handling tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
As our official company language is English, we expect you to have excellent verbal and written English skills. Other languages are considered an advantage.
