We are now looking for Summer Trainees to join our Spare Parts Order handling team for approximately 3 months (May-September). The exact start and duration of the summer trainee period will be agreed separately depending on the assignment.

This is a paid traineeship.

THE ROLE

As a trainee at our spare parts order handling team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll handle spare part orders, book shipments across the globe, and collaborate with global teams, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

ROLE SPECIFICS

In this role you’ll be working with a team of six handling spare part orders and shipments across the globe.

Key tasks:

• JIRA-tickets
• Creating spare part orders
• Preparing shipment documents
• Handling return orders
• Collaboration between teams

Work is expected to be done onsite at our HQ in Lahti. Partial remote work can be discussed depending on the situation.

As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required. However our team works in Finnish, so you should be able to communicate and work in both English and Finnish.
