THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager, you accelerate our business in charging business Norway. You will also nurture and maintain our existing both direct as well as partner accounts and develop the Sales via these channels. You will be also responsible for finding new potential customers in the Baltic charging operator spaces and generating business with them.
As a Sales professional you will have qualifications such as:
- Develop and generate sales via direct accounts
- Collaborate with our Sales and Service network
- Evaluate opportunities and define the route to market based on customer profile
- Analyse customer needs, bring innovative proposals, and make them into tangible solutions together with customers and internal stakeholders (segment marketing team)
- Follow-up of the sales opportunities daily via online and f2f meetings, phone, and e-mail Report on the sales activities and results timely through the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Participation in exhibitions and seminars, locally or abroad
- Close collaboration with colleagues in headquarters in Finland in order to fulfil customer expectations technically, commercially and in a timely fashion
- Follow up EV and EV charging market development, and propose business model or product development initiatives based on them
We appreciate candidates with an independent working style and interest in developing new. In this role regular travel in Norway/Nordics mostly to Finland is required.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in solution sales in the B2B market e.g., utilities, renewables, logistics, transport or automotive industries
- Experience in EV charging industry is preferred
- Solid track record of being top a performer and exceeding commercial targets
- Self-starter character who enjoys working in a growing, fast-paced, and disruptive environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior organizational, time management, and negotiation skills as well as a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in working in an international company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian are required
We are looking for a new colleague with good cooperation and communication skills.
You will preferably have a commercial or technical background and an understanding of the EV charging and/or trucking industry. You are used to a variation of sales and decision-making processes with different stakeholders and have experience in developing trust-based and long-lasting customer relationships.
