THE ROLE
As a Partner Success Coordinator at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll take part in shaping sales and service partnerships by implementing new and existing programs and processes in the partnership life cycle, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.
In this role you will
- You will have a key role in selecting the right sales and service partners for us by implementing due diligence and assessment processes, together with the local sales and service teams.
- Adopting and implementing best practices in Sales & Customer Service globally.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of sales capabilities, aligned to global and regional business strategies.
- You will be responsible for the customer onboarding process, leading them through introductions with internal and external stakeholders all the way to completing our certification that allows partners to sell and install our products.
- Quarterly check ins with partners to identify partner needs and help to provide pathways to solutions.
WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in business administration, organization, and management or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, partner, or account management role
- Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are a must
- Experience in process development, sales, trade management and implementation
Optional, but a plus:
EV charging market experience
Experience in account management/customer success in an electromobility setting
