ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Quality Engineer, you will:
- Ensure local Quality systems align with Kempower’s global practices.
- Manage production quality control processes to guarantee criteria are always met.
- Report about quality and maintain quality database.
- Develop and own the day-to-day responsibility for non-conformance process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize productivity and performance of local production.
- Identify continuous improvement and development needs and communicate finds to appropriate stakeholders.
- Promote a supportive work environment that upholds Kempower’s values of Together, Impact, Integrity, and Courage.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- 3-5 years of quality management experience in an industrial production environment
- Robust knowledge of industry quality standards and processes
- Experience with ISO 9001
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
