ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Production Testing Technician, you will:
- Use electrical testing equipment and measurement devices to verify final product assembly for DC fast chargers
- Perform product final testing according to set testing instruction and procedures
- Perform product quality inspection to identify deviations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot products and testing equipment
- Rework electrical connections in case of deviations
- Accurately report testing results in test database
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of testing equipment
- Work with engineers to develop testing procedures and equipment
- Adhere to testing instructions and electrical safety rules and regulations
- Maintain safe and clean working environment
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Degree in electrical field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Certifications in electrical safety considered as advantage (NFPA 70E) preferred
- 2 years experience in testing power electronics applications (high and/or low voltage) in manufacturing environment
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting electrical products
- Ability read, interpret and apply manuals and schematics
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer skills in using testing software, ERP and MS office tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adherence to work instructions and checklists
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
