THE ROLE
As a Marketing Coordinator, Brand & Graphic Design you will work in the Kempower's Brand & Digital marketing team. Your main target is to design, update and communicate about various digital and printed marketing materials, for Kempower’s internal teams and external partners and customers. There will be an opportunity to work in various other brand and digital marketing tasks and projects, based on your skillset and fields of interest.
Your daily tasks will include, for example:
- Production and editing of marketing materials, such as presentations, images and videos
- Organizing photo and videoshoots
- Production of multilanguage brochures and presentations
- Coordinating projects with advertising, digital and translation agencies, as well as printing houses
- Communicating about new and updated marketing materials in the Kempower Mediabank
- Assisting with office and factory branding
- Various other marketing-related tasks
At Kempower we work hybrid. The job may include occasional traveling in Finland and abroad.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Previous experience of graphic design, preferably from B2B business
- Hands-on experience of using Adobe tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience of video editing and using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (Finnish, Swedish, German, Spanish, Italian, French, and other languages are an asset)
- Fluent communication skills
- Eye for detail and ability to implement and apply brand guidelines in the daily tasks
- Ability to travel occasionally
- A driver’s license (B - passenger car)
As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
